Good day,

Reminder Maintenance and Assessments are due on the 1st of each month and given to the 10th of the month to pay.

Maintenance if not paid by the 10th a late fee of $25.00 should be included with your payment.

  Assessments if not paid by the 10th a late fee of $9.78 should be included with your payment.
