1.     Enforcing the late fees for maintenance beginning March 1, 2026, appropriate notices and letters sent timely.

‍ ‍

2.     Commercial Insurance for property completed and in place if owners need a copy send request via email to: certs@ascendriskadvisors.com

‍ ‍

March 1, 2026, through March 1, 2027

3. Board will be meeting quarterly unless there is an urgent need. All notices will be emailed and posted at each quad and hand delivered to those without email address.

4.  The Bushes that run along the sidewalk have been replaced as an ongoing project to be completed by end of June 2026.

‍ ‍

5. Gustavo has a 6-month contract April 20 – Oct 20, 2026, with clear instructions for duties to be carried out in order. And no private work for residents during normal working hours without prior approval.
