If you have not signed the Rules and Regulations and received your new parking permit, please do so as soon as possible.

This step is essential for maintaining peaceful parking arrangements for all residents.

🌳 2. Tree Trimming – Thursday, September 4, 2025

Anthony’s Tree Service will be on property to trim all trees in preparation for exterior cleaning and waterproofing by Ardon Painting.

πŸ”₯ 3. Annual Fire Extinguisher Inspection – Friday, September 5, 2025

Please place your fire extinguisher in the designated location: Must park on swale

β€’ 1st Floor: On the lanai

β€’ 2nd Floor: In the stairwell

⚠️ If not placed out for inspection, the owner will be responsible for a $65.00 return visit fee.

🎨 4. Exterior Painting Schedule – Begins Monday, September 15, 2025

Ardon Painting will begin work in phases. Residents who park in front of the buildings listed below will need to park on the swale during their phase:

will need to park on swale

2nd Phase 3 3801 NW 84th Ave. Residents who park in front of the building

will need to park on swale

3rd Phase 3 3771, 3781, 3791 NW 84th Ave Residents who park in front of the building will need to park on the swale and that may include 3761 and 3801.

4th Phase 2 3811,3821, 3831, 3841 NW 84th Ave. Residents who park in front of the building may need to park on the swale.

5. Phase 1 3851,3861, 3871, 3881 NW 84th Ave. Residents who park in front of the building will need to park on the swale.
