Ardon completed 3761 NW 84th Ave. Restoration continues near impact windows. Completion expected by December 2025.
β’ Sidewalk Repairs:
Most violations resolved by the City of Sunrise; 1β2 areas still pending.

Final notices sent via letter, text, email, and posted on doors. Owners with unpaid assessments will be sent to collections on October 22, 2025.
β’ Roofing Project (Phases 1 & 2):
o Assessment start: March 1, 2026

ο§ Zroofing: $305,000 (10-year workmanship, 20-year materials)
ο§ US Veterans Group: $329,140 (5-year workmanship, 20-year materials)
o Estimated cost per owner: $5,865.38
ο§ Payment options:
