Parking Permit Update – Action Required

Attention Residents: 

New parking permits will be issued Saturday, August 23, 2025 at the poolside (weather permitting). 

Several years ago, Spring Creek issued green and white permits to all residents. These permits must now be replaced as the Board of Directors updates our parking policies. 

Permit Distribution Schedule 

  • Phase 1 

    • 3851, 3861, 3871, 3881 

    • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Phase 2 

    • 3811, 3821, 3831, 3841 

    • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Phase 3 

    • 3761, 3771, 3781, 3791, 3801 

    • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

What to Bring 

• Vehicle registration 

• Tag number 

• You will also be required to sign the updated version of the Rules and Regulations 

Permits will be assigned to a specific vehicle and must be clearly displayed when parked in the Spring Creek parking lot. 

Parking Rules Reminder 

• Each unit: 1 designated parking space (white) and 1 additional vehicle may use any available guest space (yellow). 

• Limit: 2 vehicles per unit (unless Board-approved under special circumstances). 

• Guest parking is first-come, first-served and cannot be assigned, reserved, or controlled by owners. 

• Guests staying past 11:00 PM must register their vehicle online at www.springcreekcondos.com → Resources → Guest Parking Form. 

• Guests staying over 30 days must apply for occupancy and pass a background check. • All resident vehicles must display a valid parking sticker. 

• Vehicle changes must be reported to the Board promptly. 

• Unregistered or unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. 

Please remove your old green and white permit before installing your new one. Thank you for your cooperation.
