Garbage & Recycling Collection
Garbage Dumpster: Pickup is weekly on Monday and Thursday. For our residents use only. If you see anyone who does not live here illegally dumping trash, take a picture, text to 5613201288 or email to springcreekcondo@gmail.com. THERE IS A CAMERA TO HELP ENFORCE NO DUMPING FROM NON-RESIDENTS AND SIGNAGE TO DISCOURAGE.
There are 2 locations between phases 1 & 2 and phase 3. To keep garbage areas clean. Residents are to do the following:
Use garbage bags and place them in the dumpster. Do not dump garbage without a trash bag into the dumpster, it's unsanitary and causes pest infestation and can blow from the bin creating litter.
Do not place bags or trash on the ground or around the dumpster. Place in the dumpster.
If one dumpster is full, use the other.
Break down all boxes or flatten. If not, it takes up too much space in the dumpster. Most can be placed in recycling bins. If too large put-on the swale for bulk pickup. DO NOT LEAVE BOXES NOT BROKEN DOWN OR FLATTEN, WE DO NOT HAVE CONCIERGE SERVICE.
Recycling Bins: Pickup for the recycling bins is every Tuesday.
Use the recycling bins in accordance with local regulations. (plastics, bottles, glass bottles, cardboard boxes (broken down or flatten), ect. DO NOT LEAVE BOXES NOT BROKEN DOWN OR FLATTEN, WE DO NOT HAVE CONCIERGE SERVICE.
Bulk Pickup is every Thursday on the Swale:
Put objects out on Wednesday or before if necessary. Bulk means large items or objects. Do not place any large objects such as sofas, chairs, appliances, pictures, house furnishings, tables, end tables, porch furnishings, toilets, doors, shutters, shades or huge boxes in the dumpster.
