Assessment of 3801 Roof

Attention Unit Owners,

The Board of Directors is notifying you of a necessary assessment to replace the roof at 3801 NW 84th Ave. This project is critical to ensure our community has proper hurricane protection before the season begins.

Assessment Details: The total cost of the roof replacement is $37,100.00.

  • Each unit owner will be responsible for a portion of this cost, totaling $716.46. This amount will be divided into two equal payments of $358.23.

  • The first payment is due on May 1, 2024, and the second payment is due on June 1, 2024.

Selection Process:

The Board understands there are other community needs. However, securing hurricane insurance is a top priority. 

To ensure the best value for the community, the Board reviewed bids from three different roofing companies. We evaluated each bid based on factors including:

  • Type and quality of roof materials

  • Expected lifespan and durability of the new roof

  • Cost-effectiveness

  • Workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranty

This investment will directly benefit all residents by securing much-needed hurricane insurance for our community.
